We are looking for a skilled Marketing Lead with strong experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at generating high-quality leads, increasing product visibility, and supporting go-to-market initiatives across different regions.
Requirements:
- 5 years of overall marketing experience;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS marketing (B2B preferred);
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a marketing function or team;
- Deep understanding of key marketing metrics and tools;
- Proven track record in building and implementing marketing strategies;
- Strong knowledge of the digital marketing landscape;
Experience in competitor analysis, market research, and adapting strategy accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Marketing Team;
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy focused on lead generation and market competitiveness;
- Set up and optimize lead generation processes using paid advertising, content marketing, SEO, and other channels;
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns (targeted and contextual), email marketing, and vendor collaboration;
- Collaborate with external service providers (SEO, design, development);
- Create and manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently;
- Develop and test marketing hypotheses;
- Analyze performance metrics, competitors and audience insights;
- Conduct user research (customer and prospect interviews);
- Create and update the Customer Journey Map (CJM);
- Coordinate go-to-market strategies for new regions;
- Set up advertising campaigns;
- Build user engagement flows across all stages of the customer lifecycle;
Collaborate with designers to maintain a consistent and compelling visual identity.
