- 3+ years of experience in backend development with Magento;
- Basic understanding of React;
- Strong knowledge of SPA, GraphQL, and Magento architecture;

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Magento-based solutions with a focus on backend development;

- Work with React and SPA technologies to implement frontend functionalities when needed;

Our clients are from the USA and the DACH region, including well-known names in the retail industry.We invite you to join our team Customer support representative with a high level of spoken German.
Requirements:- Fluent in German - C1 level (this will be the primary language used in the job);
- Written English proficiency;
- Experience in customer service (phone calls, emails);
- Experience with CRM systems;
- Excellent team player;
- Ability to learn quickly and respond promptly.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers and handle any inquiries (incoming/outgoing calls, online chat, email);
- Process and handle complaints and liaise with manufacturers regarding complaints;
- Communicate with warehouses and partner companies regarding product delivery;
- Verify and input proforma orders from manufacturers into the system.
Working Conditions:
- 15 days of paid vacation;
- the ability to work remotely;
- schedule from 11 to 20 (8 hours of work and 1 hour of lunch break), Saturday is a working day;
- days off: Sunday and one weekday;
- stable salary.
