We’re looking for a results-driven LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to help us scale our outbound sales pipeline with high-quality leads. If -you’re a proactive communicator with a passion for B2B outreach and lead nurturing, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies focused on LinkedIn and email outreach to attract high-quality B2B prospects.
- Research, identify, and engage potential clients based on clear ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and lead qualification criteria.
- Create personalized connection requests, outreach messages, and follow-up sequences to drive engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging, optimize targeting, and ensure smooth handover of warm leads.
- Monitor outreach performance, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize based on results and feedback.
Identify new partnership or strategic business opportunities through consistent networking and research.

What You Bring:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation or outbound sales, ideally in a B2B services or digital agency environment.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads and nurturing them into sales opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Advanced); Ukrainian fluency is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Expandi, Apollo.io, HubSpot, or similar outreach platforms.
- Experience creating and validating outbound hypotheses using clear KPIs and timelines.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience working in a digital agency(service companies) or SaaS sales environment .
- Understanding of B2B buyer psychology and persuasive outreach tactics.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
