Team Lead Software .NET Developer

We have an exciting project with a scaling e-commerce international company.

Requirements:

• Location of the candidate should be any country except Ukraine — it’s a must for the client

• 7+ years of proven work experience as a .Net Developer

• Proven commercial work experience in software development

• 2+ years of managerial experience

• Hands on experience of working with SQL Server

• The main project stack includes Dapr, C#8, Helm, AWS, Terraform, Angular

• Preferably the candidate has to be open to get the compensation on his Ukrainian Private Entrepreneur account

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 5 people

• Conducting code reviews, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality software solutions

• Business communication and close collaboration with all project stakeholders on a daily basis

• Participate in estimation and planning sessions

• Implement best practices

• Architecture creation

• English level B2
