We’re looking for a Project Manager who’s comfortable working independently and coordinating a team. The role is fully remote and suited for someone who values order, consistency, clear communication, and results.

What You’ll Do

• Understand client needs and turn them into clear, actionable tasks for the team.
• Collaborate on creating marketing and web assets — banners, presentations, websites, videos, and more.
• Coordinate the work of designers and developers: set priorities, track deadlines, and ensure high-quality execution.
• Take part in daily stand-ups to discuss tasks, progress, and challenges.
• Align with Inshi’s values and help grow a strong team culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing projects (e.g., project management, creative project manager, campaign manager).
• Basic knowledge of Figma.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, independent, and responsible mindset.
• Communication skills and a client-first attitude.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
