Requirements:

• Strong Linux administration skills with at least 5 years of experience in production environments
• In-depth knowledge of AWS or GCP
• Proficiency in Python programming
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes and container technologies like Docker
• Solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles and experience with tools like Terraform
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting systems for DevOps operations

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in platform engineering with a strong grounding in SRE principles (SLIs/SLOs, incident response, automation, reliability).
• Proven experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure), container orchestration, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform and Terragrunt), and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, and manage cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, Terraform, Terragrunt, Docker, Azure) to support scalable and reliable platforms.
• Champion SRE principles: drive service reliability, availability, and performance through automation, monitoring, and incident management.
• Lead platform automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives to improve deployment velocity and system consistency.
• Own observability, monitoring, and alerting using Datadog and related tools, ensuring actionable insights and rapid incident response.
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure robust integration between application and platform layers, and to improve developer experience (DevX).
• Provide expert support for critical incidents and production issues, demonstrating high ownership and urgency (including out-of-hours support when required).
• Mentor and guide engineers in platform, SRE, and DevOps best practices, fostering a culture of reliability and continuous improvement.
• Identify and address gaps in tooling, automation, and platform reliability to proactively improve engineering outcomes.

• Must-Have AI Skills: Deep experience with AIDLC (AI-Driven Lifecycle) and agentic programming mindset.

Looking for a visionary Backend Team Leader to spearhead a newly formed high-performance engineering squad. In this role, you will manage a team of 6–8 members, including Senior Frontend and Backend Engineers. • Full-Spectrum AI Integration: Implement and oversee the "full use of AI" across the SDLC—from architectural design and code generation to debugging and deployment—to maximize team velocity.
• Accelerated Delivery: Use AI-driven insights to meet and exceed performance benchmarks, ensuring that technical debt is minimized while output is maximized.
• Prompt Engineering & Mentorship: Mentor the team in AI best practices, ensuring AI is used as a core engine for development, not just a complementary tool.
• Performance & KPIs: Define and monitor clear KPIs with team members, reporting progress to senior management.
• Bi-directional Growth: Conduct monthly 1-on-1s and 6-month formal feedback sessions to support career paths and personal development.
• Code Quality: Enforce a strict 97% code coverage ratio and maintain a code churn of 10% or less during the final two days of a sprint.
• Stability: Ensure less than 1% of deployed code results in downtime.
• Review Process: Lead code reviews focused on performance, standards, and observability.
• Documentation: Foster a sharing culture by keeping the wiki updated and sharing monthly technical articles with the team.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytical rigor and data to guide the team’s direction.
• Autonomy: Provide clear goals in our Agile environment and empower the team to be self-directing.
