Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, security compliance, or governance/risk/compliance roles.
• Strong practical knowledge of cloud security principles in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Proven experience working with security compliance frameworks, especially SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR
• Hands-on experience with Vanta or a similar compliance automation / GRC platform.
• Experience assessing and implementing compliance requirements for clients in different countries or regulatory environments.
• Strong understanding of security controls, risk management, audit processes, evidence collection, policy and procedure development.
• Ability to interpret customer and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical security/compliance actions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with clients, auditors, and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and process design skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of security/compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Own and improve the organization’s security and compliance processes across the Azure cloud environment.
• Manage and coordinate compliance activities related to SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and other relevant regulatory or customer-driven frameworks.
• Assess regulatory, privacy, and security requirements when engaging clients from new countries/regions, and translate those requirements into internal controls, policies, and implementation steps.
• Partner with Engineering, DevOps, IT, Legal, HR, and leadership teams to implement and maintain scalable compliance and security processes.
• Support client security reviews, due diligence requests, and security questionnaires with accurate documentation and evidence.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus,
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field,
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a technical leadership, team lead, or mentoring capacity,
• Proficiency in Python and SQL/NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB) for quantitative analysis, modeling, and data manipulation,
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS Sage Maker and MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLFlow, KubeFlow),

• Lead and mentor a team of ML engineers, providing technical direction and supporting team growth,
• Own the end-to-end development and delivery of ML solutions, from problem framing and experimentation to production deployment and monitoring,
• Analyze large, complex data sets to translate them into actionable insights,
• Design and review ML architectures, data pipelines, and MLOps workflows,
• Perform the preparation and preprocessing of both structured and unstructured data to ensure model accuracy and effectiveness,

Looking for a visionary Backend Team Leader to spearhead a newly formed high-performance engineering squad. In this role, you will manage a team of 6–8 members, including Senior Frontend and Backend Engineers. You are a "trusted person" responsible for both project success and the individual growth of your team.
Beyond traditional leadership, you will be the champion of AIDLC (AI-Driven Lifecycle), ensuring the team utilizes AI tools not just for unit testing, but across the entire development spectrum to radically accelerate delivery.

• Full-Spectrum AI Integration: Implement and oversee the "full use of AI" across the SDLC—from architectural design and code generation to debugging and deployment—to maximize team velocity.
• Accelerated Delivery: Use AI-driven insights to meet and exceed performance benchmarks, ensuring that technical debt is minimized while output is maximized.
• Prompt Engineering & Mentorship: Mentor the team in AI best practices, ensuring AI is used as a core engine for development, not just a complementary tool.
• Performance & KPIs: Define and monitor clear KPIs with team members, reporting progress to senior management.
• Bi-directional Growth: Conduct monthly 1-on-1s and 6-month formal feedback sessions to support career paths and personal development.
• Code Quality: Enforce a strict 97% code coverage ratio and maintain a code churn of 10% or less during the final two days of a sprint.
• Stability: Ensure less than 1% of deployed code results in downtime.
• Review Process: Lead code reviews focused on performance, standards, and observability.
• Documentation: Foster a sharing culture by keeping the wiki updated and sharing monthly technical articles with the team.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytical rigor and data to guide the team’s direction.
• Autonomy: Provide clear goals in our Agile environment and empower the team to be self-directing.
• Risk Mitigation: Act as a "lantern" for the team, identifying and solving problems before they escalate.
