The most important information you should know about us is that we do innovation, strategy, and custom software development in partnership with our customers. We believe in continuous learning, and in 2015 decided to utilize our competence in working with content to build our own product portfolio, targeted at the local media companies. More than 100 local newspapers in Norway are using Innocode products to deliver personalized and relevant local content to their readers. Our products are helping voluntary organizations to spread the word and get more visibility, improving internal communication processes in large organizations, and in Sandefjord municipality, we launched the SmartCity initiative, based on the Innocode Super local platform.

Hard Skills Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience in web development
— 2+ years of experience with any low-code /no-code platform
— Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
— Experience with product performance optimization
— Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies
— Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers (English proficiency required)
— Experience creating and consuming web services and APIs.
It’s a Big Plus If You Have:
— Experience building projects from the ground up
— Experience with integrations
— Experience with Python
— Additional experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run Functions, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub)
— A passion for your work and a drive to improve projects through your efforts.
What will you do? First of all, we expect you to care about what you do, no matter what you actually do. This means that writing code alone is not enough. Sometimes, asking the right question (asking WHY for a 3rd time) will bring more value, than actually writing a code. In all the work we do at Innocode (own product development, R&D for our customers) we focus on eliminating waste and verifying hypotheses in the cheapest and fastest possible way.

in Lviv we are mostly responsible for a line of own Products for Scandinavian media and newspapers, which are being made with Ruby, JS, iOS, Android, and Elixir.

- Be closely involved in the ideation, validation, and design of solutions for user needs.
- Translate the roadmap into well-defined product requirements and specifications, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Help the team execute the product roadmap within an agile environment by removing obstacles and organizing teamwork.
- Regularly report team and product status to all stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Support
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise team members.
- Coordinate workload, maintain motivation, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Lead the team through transformations and support change implementation.
- Actively participate in periodic reviews, provide feedback, define goals, and sustain motivation.
Required Skills
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager leading a technical team in delivering web & mobile apps.
- Ability to analyze requests and align them with market needs.
- Experience with the SDLC pipeline.
- Experience in creating technical requirements/user stories.
- Risk management and incident management experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Upper-intermediate English (both written and spoken).
