With the expansion of our team, we are looking for a Senior Go Developer who will become a key part of our team and help us reach new heights.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Development, optimization, and modification of high-load server applications using Go.
    • Participation in the development of high-performance backend applications.
    • Implementation of best programming practices and participation in the code review process.
    • Monitoring and ensuring the performance of applications, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and issues.
    • Collaboration with development, QA, and management teams to achieve common goals.

       

    Requirements:

    • Strong proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
    • Experience working in Linux and Docker environments.
    • Proven experience in developing high-performance server-side applications (Monolithic structure).
    • Hands-on experience with AMQP for message exchange.
    • Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP, HTTP, HTTPS, IPv6, SSL, WebSockets).
    • Knowledge of REST principles and API design.
    • Experience conducting code reviews.
    • Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
    • Experience working with Clickhouse, database modeling, and query optimization.

    Responsibilities:

     

    • Develop and implement product strategies for ByteBenefit.io with a focus on international markets.
    • Research and analyze user needs and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product growth.
    • Collaborate with development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure quality implementation of the product.
    • Define and prioritize product features, develop a roadmap, and manage the product lifecycle.
    • Conduct A/B testing and analyze the results to optimize functionality and increase user engagement.
    • Collect and analyze feedback for continuous product improvement.

     

    Requirements:

     

    • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in international projects.
    • Knowledge of product management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
    • Experience working with development and marketing teams, understanding software development processes.
    • Excellent analytical and strategic skills.
    • Proficiency in analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate at various levels.
    • Proficiency in English at a minimum Upper-Intermediate level (knowledge of other languages is a plus).

    Position Overview:

    • As a Sales Manager at Infatica.io, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers a competitive fixed salary of $3,000 to $4,000 per month plus commission based on performance.
