The product and team you will be working with:

You’ll work with the HR team in close partnership with People Operations — a team focused on enabling business goals through manager development, stronger cross-team collaboration, and building a mature people management system. We support stable performance, high engagement, and a strong employee experience.

Your mission:

To ensure long-term, successful collaboration between employees and Headway Inc by supporting effective HR processes, talent development, and a healthy, human-oriented work environment.

What will you do:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle within the Headway product team: onboarding → development → performance → offboarding.
• Build a healthy team environment, run 1:1s, and stay connected with teammates.
• Support performance cycles: work with low-performance cases, support PDP creation, and help teammates grow.
• Advise leaders on people-related topics and help managers work effectively with their teams.
• Work closely with the Middle Managers to strengthen team autonomy and development.
• Foster individual contributors growth, engagement, and effectiveness to drive sustainable team performance and business impact.
• Strengthen engagement and a culture of collaboration within the Headway Inc.

What do you need to join us:

• 3+ years of HR experience (product IT is a plus, but other backgrounds are also welcome).
• Hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle.
• Experience supporting managers — and the ability to challenge them when needed.
• A structured, strategic approach to working with people and teams.
• A problem-solving mindset and ability to find simple, practical solutions.
• Ownership, attention to detail, and genuine care.
• English — Upper Intermediate.
• Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).

Working schedule:

This is a full-time position based in Kyiv with a hybrid setup. We stay flexible, but for this role our focus is on working from the office most of the time — it helps to stay close to context, and many of the team members are based in Kyiv.

Our analytics team help to drive decisions for our global product that empowers millions of users worldwide. We are looking for someone who loves exploring data, building dashboards, and turning insights into real impact for people.

This job is perfect for you if you want to:

• Work with marketing data across iOS, Android, and Web platforms of a product used by millions of users worldwide.
• Use large datasets and a modern analytics stack to answer high-impact business questions.
• Analyse a wide range of growth challenges — from channel performance to experiment results and user behavior.
• Have real ownership over your insights, with freedom in choosing approaches and strong support from an experienced analytics team.

What you will do:

• Data collection & analysis: gather and analyse data from multiple sources (databases, ad platforms, AppsFlyer, Amplitude) to identify patterns, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Metrics & dashboards: build and maintain a system of metrics and Tableau dashboards to track marketing performance and support decision-making.
• Ad-hoc & deep-dive analytics: answer business questions, investigate anomalies, and provide insights for ongoing growth and campaign optimisation.
• Automation & process improvement: implement analytics automation, continuously improve and optimise existing analytical processes.

What do you need to join us:

• 2+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in marketing or product.
• Strong SQL, BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker) skills to explore data and create dashboards.
• Good understanding of key marketing metrics and unit economics (CAC, LTV, funnels, cohorts).
• Analytical and detail-oriented, able to turn numbers into clear insights.
• Proactive and responsible, ready to take ownership and make an impact.
• Quick to master new tools and processes.
• English - Upper-Intermediate+ for smooth communication across teams.
• Alignment with the values of our team.

Nice to have:

• Strong Tableau skills.
• Experience working with marketing and attribution data (AppsFlyer, ad platforms, etc.).

Working schedule
