Web design agency is looking for a Full Stack Developer for ongoing basis (25-30+ hrs/weekly)

Ideal candidate must have:
- Full understanding of WordPress, WooCommerce and experience creating and editing plugins.
- Experience in working with page builders and integrating it with CPT / ACF / Jet Engine
- Advanced experience with Elementor and other compatible plugins (WooCommerce, LMS, Membership, etc) is a huge advantage since we use it for most of our projects).

However I want to emphasize that this is a "developer first" position. If your developer skills are limited to Elementor widgets - it will not be enough. We need someone who knows how to use Elementor features and simplicity to it's best capacities AND be able to enhance it with custom code if there's anything that can't be handled within Elementor core functionality (be able to add custom css/js). We provide beautiful and interesting designs.  
- Knowledge and experience with other CMS is also a plus (Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Clickfunnels etc.)
- Some experience in graphic design tools, such as Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma is a plus.
- Conversational English or Russian is a must.
- You will be mostly converting PSD / Figma design files into fully-functional and responsive websites.
- Ability to create clean, and fully responsive websites and online stores (across multiple breakpoints, not only mobile screens but larger ones).
- Ability to create ADA compliant websites (accessibility web design standards)
- Ability to do basic on-site SEO markup (proper use of meta tags)

You must be:
- Responsible and disciplined (stick to the agreed deadlines and assigned tasks).
- Able finish tasks on time and without having to be micromanaged / reminded.
- Be able to properly do quality check on your work before submitting
- Be able to cope with multitasking.
- Willing to learn and grow in a friendly yet hardworking online environment!

In your proposal, please share a brief summary of your experience and some samples of interesting websites you developed and the technologies you used.  Also please share a sample of PSD to WP website transfers you implemented.

Quick recap:
* Hourly rate for this position:  $12 - $16 based on experience and skills (please do not apply if your rate is higher)
* Commitment: 25-30 hours weekly.
