We are looking for a Full-Stack WordPress Developer to join our team and work on scale content-driven websites in the online gaming and affiliate marketing industry. These platforms provide expert guides, industry news, state-specific regulations, and promotional offers, reaching a broad audience.Your role will focus on developing and optimizing WordPress-based websites, improving performance, enhancing user experience, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will also work on migrating legacy systems to modern WordPress solutions using Gutenberg and ACF.Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain high-performance WordPress websites.
- Work extensively with Gutenberg and ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) to build flexible and scalable content structures.
- Improve Core Web Vitals (CWV) by optimizing website speed, responsiveness, and interactivity.
- Optimize WordPress performance, including caching, database queries, and asset loading.
- Implement new features and enhance existing functionality using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Integrate and manage third-party APIs for various platform functionalities.
- Work on migrating websites from legacy WordPress setups to modern WordPress solutions.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and SEO teams to ensure technical implementation aligns with business goals.
Maintain high coding standards, security best practices, and version control workflows (Git).
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in WordPress development.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles in PHP.
- Experience working with Gutenberg (custom blocks development) and ACF.
- Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals (CWV) and website performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress Hooks, Filters, WP REST API.
- Familiarity with Git, Webpack, and build tools.
- Understanding of MySQL and database optimization techniques.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
