Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop content strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality content, managing our social media presence, analyzing performance metrics, and continuously optimizing our approach. If you thrive in digital storytelling and love creating meaningful connections with online audiences, this position is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging content strategies across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
• Create and schedule high-quality posts, including visuals, videos, and copy, that align with Hubmee’s brand identity.
• Monitor trends, industry news, and competitor activities to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and fostering discussions.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, generating reports, and making data-driven decisions for optimization.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns to maximize reach and conversions.

• Stay updated on the latest social media best practices and platform updates.

   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing software is a plus.
• Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
