We are looking for a Graphic Designer (iGaming) to join our Partner's team.
 

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Creating visual assets for marketing campaigns: banners, ads, presentations, POS materials, etc.;
• Working on both new projects from scratch and picking up ongoing ones;
• Thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment;
• Taking initiative: propose ideas and execute them hands-on;
• Adapting visuals for different geo-locations and markets;
• Designing with conversion and performance in mind, not just aesthetics;

• Staying up to date with design trends and marketing best practices.

   

Essential professional experience:

• 4+ years of experience in digital design and branding (agency, IT, fintech, marketing background preferred);
• Advanced skills in Figma (must-have) and Adobe Creative Suite;
• Confident with vector graphics, typography, layout, and font pairing;
• Strong logic and visual thinking;
• Solid understanding of marketing design that sells;
• A portfolio of commercial design projects is required;
• Ukrainian - fluent, English - upper-intermediate;
• Fast, adaptable, and ready to switch gears when priorities shift;
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the iGaming / gambling industry;
• Experience using AI tools for design and ideation (e.g., Midjourney, Reface);
• Comfortable with agency-like task flow and multitasking.
