SNIPS is where Netflix meets TikTok. We transform premium TV shows and movies into addictive, short-form vertical episodes for mobile viewing. 

We are looking for a highly motivated Creative Strategist who thinks outside the box and will take ownership of our content and creative direction.

Responsibilities 

● Develop SNIPS’ creative and content strategy. 

● Identify the strongest scenes, characters, emotions, and cliffhangers for marketing. 

● Turn existing footage into attention-grabbing ads and organic content. 

● Create hooks, scripts, captions, voiceovers, storylines, and editing briefs. 

● Produce content ideas for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, AppLovin, and other platforms. 

● Use performance feedback from media buyers to improve future content. 

● Use AI tools to create, adapt, localize, and scale content efficiently. 

● Initially manage content production hands-on. 

● Later recruit and manage editors, designers, copywriters, or creators if needed. 

Requirements 

● Excellent written and spoken English. 

● Strong understanding of short-form video, storytelling, and attention-grabbing hooks. 

● Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, and AI video or image-generation platforms. 

● Ability to use AI for scripting, voiceovers, localization, creative development, and content production. 

● Highly motivated, proactive, creative, and results-driven. 

● Able to combine creative instinct with performance data. 

● Experience in entertainment, streaming, mobile apps, gaming, or performance marketing is preferred. 

● Able to take full ownership without constant direction.
