The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager who can take the lead in scaling our global marketing activities. If you love performance marketing, creative campaigns, and working with premium products that people are passionate about, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
• Build and manage influencer collaborations in the watch and lifestyle community.
• Develop and execute email marketing flows and campaigns that convert (Klaviyo or similar).
• Generate ideas for new campaigns, test creatives, and bring bold marketing experiments to life.
• Work closely with the founder and team to align marketing with business goals.
• Track results, prepare insights, and constantly improve performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign management.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred).
• A good eye for content — you don’t need to be a designer, but you should know what works.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in reaching out to influencers.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and ready to dedicate yourself fully to growing with us.
• Fluency in English

• Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Reddit, and other platforms.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo or similar), focusing on strong copywriting and high-converting flows.
• Coordinate content creation: brief and manage designers, editors, and influencers to produce ad creatives, UGC, and social media content.
• Lead SEO strategy with our agency (on-page, off-page, link building, blog strategy).
• Slight editings of photos via Canva
• Collaborate closely with the founder to align marketing activities with overall business goals.
• Manage and expand influencer & partnership collaborations within the watch community.

We are looking for someone to be our Head of Customer Support.

We get a lot of Inquries daily around 140.

As we are fast growing you will later need to be able to train new staff to assist you.

We are dealing with customers globally, so there is a lot to be aware of and its important to not do any mistakes, as we have a high chargeback rate with our customers as we deal globally.

You will handle Email Requests (no chat or calls)

Create SOP for future team members.

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual based in Ukraine to join the Helvetus.com team. Your main responsibilities will include handling all aspects of customer support (email, chat, etc.), managing order fulfillment in the backend (Shopify, shipping coordination, etc.), and assisting our COO with various operational and administrative tasks. Strong English communication skills are essential.
