At HebronSoft we are looking for a skilled and experienced Middle UX/UI Designer who will participate in our projects’ discovery phase. As a Middle UX/UI Designer in the discovery phase, you will work closely with our product managers, developers, and stakeholders to identify user needs and design solutions that meet them.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly designs;
• Conduct user research to gather insights and identify user pain points, behaviors, and needs to inform design decisions;
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new and existing features, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms;
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency across all products;
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of your designs and provide necessary design specifications;
• Perform usability testing and gather feedback from users to refine designs and improve overall user experience;
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, integrating them into your work to create innovative, user-centered designs;
• Present design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and gather feedback to make necessary adjustments and improvements;
• Optimize designs for a variety of devices and screen sizes, ensuring responsiveness and usability across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms;
• Balance aesthetics with functionality, ensuring designs look great and provide a smooth, enjoyable user experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions;
• Demonstrated ability to integrate business analysis into user experience design, including requirement gathering, analysis, and solution evaluation;
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision);
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, understanding and dissecting complex business processes and translating them into clear, intuitive design solutions;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading workshops and presenting ideas and designs to diverse audiences;
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience;
• Proficiency in English Level.
