GYPSY’S HIRING - Anti-Fraud Manager
Gypsy - established in 2020, is a dynamic multi-brand affiliate program operating in the competitive Tier-1 market segment. With a portfolio of 14 brands, we are strategically positioned for a significant impact in the online gambling industry.

Who we are looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in any relevant position within the gambling industry.
• Proficiency in using or willingness to learn fraud detection tools and software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred, but not required:

• Prior experience in fraud prevention and investigation, preferably within the gambling industry.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Certification in fraud examination (CFE) or related qualifications.

Your main tasks involve:

• Reviewing of accounts, reports, and games daily.
• Reviewing partners' decisions on individual accounts and games.
• Participating in discussions about the safety of bonus campaigns or the safety of projects in general.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive anti-fraud strategies and policies to minimize fraudulent activities.
• Monitoring and analyzing transaction data to identify suspicious behavior and potential fraud patterns.
• Preparing detailed reports and documentation on fraud incidents, findings, and preventive measures.
• Staying updated on emerging fraud trends and technologies to proactively address potential threats.

Sport Promo Manager - is a specialist responsible for the development and implementation of promotional campaigns aimed at attracting new users and retaining existing ones, with a focus on sports events. The goal of this role is to create innovative and attractive promotional strategies for sports betting, tournaments and promotions that will increase user loyalty and increase company revenue.

Who we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in promotional management for sport betting.
• Knowledge of the sports events industry and trends, which allows you to effectively adapt promotional campaigns.
• Experience with gamification mechanics to attract users (seasonal leagues, betting tournaments).
• Skills in working with analytics to monitor results and optimise promotions.
• Experience of working with cross-functional teams to create integrated promotional strategies.
• Ability to adapt promotional campaigns to the specifics of different user segments.
• English language skills at B1/B2 level.

Your main tasks involve:

1. Developing and launching promotional campaigns for sports events that attract new users and motivate existing ones to place bets.
2. Analyse sports events and trends to identify the most appropriate promotions and maximise their impact.
3. Monitoring key metrics and making adjustments to achieve optimal results.
4. Developing conditions and implementing gamification mechanics (for example, seasonal betting leagues, weekly tournaments, etc.) to increase user engagement.
5. Collaborate with CRM, Product, and other cross-functional teams to develop targeted promotions and campaigns tailored to different user segments.
6. Tracking competitors and market trends in the sports betting industry to develop innovative promotional solutions.
7. Optimising the content and conditions of promotions to ensure that players are relevant and interested in sports events.
8. Creating promotional strategies to reactivate inactive users, with a focus on sports events.
9. Developing A/B tests to improve promotions and analysing the results to determine the most effective solutions.
