GROUP 107

Overview

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join Group107 for our internal project. You will manage day-to-day delivery of a software project — keeping scope, timelines, and communication on track between the stakeholders and the development team. Location: Lviv (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Plan and track project tasks, sprints, and milestones in Jira (or similar)
• Facilitate Scrum/Kanban ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Act as a point of contact for the client on status updates, clarifications, and change requests
• Coordinate developers, QA, and designers to deliver on time and to requirements
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and escalate with proposed solutions
• Maintain project documentation: requirements, meeting notes, status reports, and change logs
• Prepare regular progress reports on scope, timeline, and budget for the client and internal stakeholders

Required

• 0.5+ year of experience in project management or project coordination in IT / software development
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence (or equivalent tracking and documentation tools)
• Basic understanding of web/mobile development and QA processes
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) — confident in client calls and written communication
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Clear, structured communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive and self-motivated — takes ownership of tasks end-to-end
• Team player who learns quickly and handles shifting priorities calmly

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Miro, Figma, or other collaboration tools
• PM or Agile certification (Google PM, CAPM, PSM I, PRINCE2 Foundation)
• Exposure to AI-assisted tools for reporting or documentation

What We Offer

• 20 vacation days (workdays)
• 7 sick days
• Personalized career growth
• Internal English classes
• Education reimbursement
• Corporate events and team buildings
• Equipment provided

Project overview:

Group107 is building a dedicated AI Unit to drive automation across the company and deliver AI-powered solutions for client projects.

We are hiring Junior AI Developers who think fast, learn faster, and are already productive with modern AI-assisted development workflows.

You will work directly under the Tech Director and grow into autonomous AI engineers capable of owning full delivery pipelines.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of hands-on software development experience (commercial or substantial personal projects)
• Demonstrable proficiency with AI coding tools: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent
• Working knowledge of at least one: TypeScript/JavaScript or Python
• Experience deploying web applications (Vercel, Netlify, or similar)
• Understanding of LLM fundamentals: prompting, context windows, token management, tool use
• Ability to read, debug, and refactor AI-generated code critically — not just accept output blindly
• Git proficiency and basic CI/CD awareness
• Strong English communication (both written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Experience with v0, Bolt, Lovable, Replit Agent, or similar AI app builders
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agentic AI patterns
• Contributions to open-source AI tools or published AI-related content
• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, or embeddings
• Backend experience with Node.js, Next.js, or FastAPI
• Understanding of DevOps basics: Docker, serverless functions, edge computing

Responsibilities:

• Build internal automation tools and workflows using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)
• Develop and ship AI-powered features and full applications for client projects
• Prototype rapidly using vibe-coding methodology — prompt-driven development with AI pair-programming
• Integrate LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, open-source models) into production systems
• Deploy and maintain applications on modern platforms (Vercel, Cloudflare, AWS)
• Create and manage AI agents, MCP servers, and tool-use pipelines
• Evaluate, benchmark, and select AI models and tools for specific use cases
• Document solutions, write technical specs, and contribute to the internal knowledge base

  We offer:
• 20 vacation days (workdays)
• 7 sick days
• Personalized career growth
• Education reimbursement
• Corporate events and team buildings
• Equipment provided
