This is full-time on-site position in Lviv Office
- The project manager should be able to visit Lviv Office.
- 3 years of project management experience in IT or software development;
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end projects;
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Zoho Projects);
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies;
- Strong leadership and team management abilities;
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results;
- Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of WordPress, accessibility standards, or e-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets;
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders;
- Allocate resources and track project progress against milestones;
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers;
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on project goals;
- Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings;
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders;
- Gather and clarify project requirements, providing regular updates on progress;
- Manage expectations and address any concerns or changes to project scope;
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans;
- Resolve project-related issues promptly to avoid delays;
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports and meeting notes;
- Track and report project performance metrics (KPIs);
- Ensure deliverables meet the agreed-upon standards and client expectations;
