About the Ruby Full Stack Developer role:
As a Full Stack developer in our team you will be responsible for developing our unstructured data analysis platform, and will be able to provide end-to-end solutions - helping us to maintain and develop our server-side and client-side code, but also to face the many exciting challenges we have when dealing with unstructured data - processing it, analyzing it and making all this accessible to our customers in an easy-to-consume and insightful way.

You’ll need to be a proficient developer, with experience developing in Ruby, who is excited about all the big challenges that dealing with big data brings with it (including concurrency issues, data flow, scalability and performance issues). Experience with Python is highly advantageous, as the platform includes microservices implemented in that environment.

Required Experience (Must):

• At least 5 years of experience in web backend or full-stack development
• At least 3 years of experience developing in Ruby/RoR
• At least 2 years of experience developing modern frontend applications
• Solid knowledge of SQL
• Experience with CI/CD systems
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Experience developing in Python, using common libraries including FastAPI and ML libraries

About the Ruby Full Stack Developer role:
As a Junior/Mid Full Stack Developer, you’ll join our team and take part in building and enhancing our unstructured data analysis platform. You’ll work closely with senior engineers to develop server-side and client-side features, and learn how to tackle the challenges of processing and analyzing unstructured data at scale.

About the Full Stack Tech Lead role:
As a Full Stack Tech Lead, you’ll take a central role in shaping and scaling our SaaS platform. You will be responsible for leading technical decisions, setting development standards, and guiding a small team of engineers while remaining hands-on with code. This position is ideal for a highly experienced developer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and driving innovation, while enabling others to grow and deliver at their best.

You’ll collaborate closely with product and operations, ensuring our platform continues to evolve with high performance, scalability, and resilience.

Required Experience (Must):

• 7+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development
• At least 4 years of proven experience with Ruby/RoR in production
• Strong background in designing and implementing scalable systems
• Hands-on experience with Vue.js
• Advanced SQL knowledge and database design expertise
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and production deployment practices
• Proven ability to mentor developers and provide technical leadership
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive cross-team collaboration

We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong testing skills who is also interested in growing into Technical Project Management responsibilities.
This is a combined role: your primary focus will be hands-on QA, while also supporting and gradually owning project management processes within our R&D team.
 

What you’ll do:

QA:

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases to ensure product quality.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide clear bug reports.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and maintain quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work with APIs, developer tools, and 3rd party integrations (e.g., Postman).

Project Management:

• Build and manage sprints, monitor progress, and ensure delivery on schedule.
• Track tasks, raise flags, and help resolve bottlenecks.
• Adapt plans and priorities according to changing conditions and constraints.
• Support communication between R&D and other teams.
• Provide updates on project status and releases to internal stakeholders.
   

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with HTTP APIs and QA tools (e.g., Postman, browser dev tools).
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Organized, motivated, and eager to take on junior-level project management tasks.
• A passion for learning and growing into a broader role that combines QA and project management.

• Experience in building or maintaining automation test suites.
• Familiarity with test design techniques: STD and STP (required), STR (significant advantage).
• Previous experience in SaaS R&D environments.
