GoViral is a performance-driven content agency for e-commerce brands in the Netherlands, DACH region, UK, and US. We help DTC brands grow with ads that don’t feel like ads, but convert like crazy. We’re a small (16) and ambitious remote team of strategists, creators, editors, and designers. Everything we do is about quality, speed, and ownership.
We’re growing fast, which is why we’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn research into winning ad concepts. Someone who thrives on data, creative ideas, and scripts that drive performance. Not just a thinker, but a doer who owns the creative process end-to-end.
Mission of this role
We have an exciting opportunity for someone who loves turning insights into ads that perform. In this role, you are responsible for researching, scripting, and validating ad concepts across multiple markets. You make sure that at least 10% of your ads are winners (hitting client KPIs with €1K+ spend).
You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Editors, and Creators. You don’t have to speak to clients, we’ve got PMs for that, but you own the process from research to final ad review.
Your responsibilities
Creative Research & Ideation
- Research competitors, trends, and best-performing ads to fuel new concepts
- Translate insights into ad frameworks and creative directions
Scriptwriting & Creative Development
- Write scripts for UGC-style ads (EN, NL, DACH, with translators where needed)
- Approve or reject creators sourced by the team based on fit with scripts
- Review final edits to ensure quality and strategy alignment
Data & Performance Analysis
- Analyze ad account data and spot patterns for new creative directions
- Work with PMs to track performance and iterate on concepts
- Document learnings to improve the team’s overall hit rate
Process & Collaboration
- Use Asana, Notion, Slack, and Drive to manage all work
- Communicate proactively and keep the team aligned
- Continuously suggest better processes for faster and higher-quality output
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 1 year experience as Creative Strategist, Copywriter, or UGC Ad Scriptwriter
- Proven track record of writing ad scripts that spend €40K+ (preferably in e-commerce)
- Strong data analysis skills: can turn numbers into creative insights
- Fluent in English (spoken + written) — other languages are a plus
- Growth mindset, speed, ownership, problem-solving, proactive communication
- Comfortable working remotely with international teams
- Bonus: experience with Meta Ads Manager or multi-market ads
