🚀 Flutter Developer (Equity-Only) – Join an AI Habit Startup

We’re building Glossy — an AI-powered life coach that started as a habit tracker and is evolving into a personalized system to help people reduce anxiety, fight procrastination, and live more intentionally. Our MVP is live on Google Play, and we’ve already attracted interest from Bcombinator (a leading European accelerator). Now we’re forming a strong founding team.

🛠 Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a mid-to-senior Flutter Developer to join as a core team member. You’ll work directly with the founder to develop and scale the mobile experience. This role is equity-only (for now) and best suited for someone who:

• Is product-focused and cares about user experience
• Can take ownership and work with minimal supervision
• Wants to be part of something meaningful from the ground up

✅ Requirements

• Strong experience with Flutter & Dart
• Familiar with clean architecture and state management (e.g. Cubit, BLoC, Provider)
• Confident in building production-level apps and consuming REST APIs
• Decent English skills (enough to communicate with the team and present the project if needed)
• Team player, open-minded and proactive

• Past experience in a startup or MVP environment
• Curiosity about AI tools and habit-building systems

Backend Developer (Django / Python, Equity-Only) – AI Coaching App

We’re building Glossy — an AI-powered life coach that helps people reduce anxiety, overcome procrastination, and build positive habits.

The MVP is live, early traction is strong, and we’ve already caught the attention of Bcombinator, one of Europe’s top startup accelerators.

We’re now assembling a lean, smart, mission-driven founding team — and we’re looking for a backend engineer to own our infrastructure and logic.

Who We’re Looking For

A self-directed Python/Django developer who wants to join an early-stage startup with a clear vision and big potential.

You’ll be our go-to person for backend architecture, API development, and AI tool integration.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Django & Django REST Framework
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar databases
• Experience with background task processing using Celery / Celery Beat
• Familiarity with message brokers (e.g. Redis, RabbitMQ)
• Experience with API design, authentication, and deployment
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a startup setting
• English – intermediate+ (enough to communicate and collaborate)

Bonus Points

• Experience with event-driven systems or Kafka
• Experience with AI APIs, OpenAI, or Gemini
• Familiarity with Firebase or mobile backend needs
• Background in early-stage products or fast iterations
