To build and expand this infrastructure, we are looking for a BizDev Manager who understands how payment companies establish relationships with banks, EMIs, and PSPs - and can lead partnership development and onboarding processes across multiple jurisdictions.

This role sits at the intersection of business development, banking partnerships, and payment infrastructure setup.

Your Mission

Build and manage the network of banking and PSP partnerships required for operating a high-risk payment infrastructure.

You will be responsible for identifying payment partners, leading onboarding with banks and EMIs, and ensuring that the company has the operational accounts, acquiring setups, and payment capabilities required to serve global merchants.

What You Will Do

Banking & PSP Partnerships

• Identify and establish partnerships with banks, EMIs, acquiring partners, and PSPs
• Evaluate payment providers and payment solutions suitable for merchant needs
• Build long-term relationships with payment partners across multiple jurisdictions
• Support expansion of the company’s payment infrastructure across new markets

Onboarding & Account Setup

• Manage end-to-end onboarding with banks, EMIs, and PSPs
• Prepare and submit onboarding packages and documentation
•  Coordinate due diligence processes with financial institutions
• Open and maintain: operational accounts, merchant acquiring accounts, MID / payment processing setups

Documentation & Compliance Preparation

• Prepare and structure full KYC / AML / Due Diligence documentation packages
•  Build corporate documentation including: Shareholder / UBO structures, Source of funds explanations, Corporate documentation packages

Payment Infrastructure Coordination

• Work closely with Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth integration of payment providers
• Support implementation of new payment methods and acquiring channels

• Monitor onboarding timelines and partner activation

• Experience: Proven bank / EMI onboarding experience for fintech, PSP, or payment companies.
• Industry Knowledge: Fintech / PSP / High-Risk Merchants.
• Background: Experience working with European banks and EMIs. High-risk industries exposure is a strong plus.

Your Mission

The main focus of this role is building and operating our own local payment infrastructure in Asia — establishing the right local partnerships, creating operational connections, and building a reliable payment network from scratch.

What You Will Do

Local Infrastructure & Partnerships

• Build the local payment infrastructure from scratch within the selected market.
• Establish and manage relationships with local PSPs, banks, EMIs, aggregators, and payment providers.
• Create operational connections and partner networks required for stable payment processing.
• Research and analyze the local payment ecosystem, banking infrastructure, and alternative payment methods.
• Evaluate payment solutions suitable for merchant needs in the target region.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with payment partners.

Merchant Launch & Infrastructure Setup

• Coordinate the launch of new merchant projects and payment flows.
• Support merchant onboarding with acquiring partners and payment providers.
• Prepare companies and merchant infrastructure for onboarding.
• Coordinate setup of payment gateways, merchant accounts, settlements, and operational flows.
• Ensure merchants are connected to reliable local payment rails.

Project Coordination

• Manage end-to-end launch processes and timelines.
• Coordinate internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Operations.
• Work with external contractors, local consultants, and regional service providers where needed.
• Ensure smooth execution of market launch and infrastructure setup.

Business Development

• Identify business opportunities and potential merchant verticals in the target market.
• Support expansion and scaling of payment operations.
• Monitor local market trends, infrastructure changes, and partnership opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience:

• 5+ years in fintech / payments / PSP / acquiring / igaming.
• Proven experience launching payment products or entering new markets.
• Strong APAC market knowledge (Indonesia / India / Bangladesh highly preferred).

Background:

• Experience with high-risk verticals (iGaming, betting, forex, crypto, gambling) is a strong advantage.
• Existing network of payment providers, local banks, and infrastructure partners in the region.

We are looking for a strong Legal Counsel who can independently own the legal side of our payment operations from day one - drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts with merchants and payment partners without constant supervision.

Your Mission

The main focus of this role is to build, structure, and protect the legal framework of our payment operations - ensuring that merchant and provider relationships are legally sound, commercially practical, and aligned with the realities of high-risk payment processing.

What You Will Do

Merchant Contracts & Legal Structuring

• Draft, review, and negotiate merchant agreements and commercial payment contracts from scratch.
• Build legal frameworks for merchant onboarding, payment processing, settlements, reserves, liability allocation, and cross-border payment flows.
• Ensure agreements properly address fraud, chargebacks, disputes, reserve models, termination risks, and regional payment requirements.

Provider, Payment Infrastructure & Acquiring Agreements

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with PSPs, acquiring partners, banks, EMIs, card schemes, payment methods, aggregators, and payout providers.
• Support payment infrastructure expansion, payment method integrations, licensing initiatives, and new payment product launches.
• Prepare legal templates and contractual frameworks for payment services, regulated entities, and internal group operations.
• Manage legal negotiations related to acquiring infrastructure, settlement terms, reserve models, payment liabilities, and commercial arrangements.

Risk Management & Legal Support

• Identify and mitigate legal risks related to payment processing, high-risk merchants, cross-border operations, and payment products.
• Advise Business Development, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Operations teams on payment-related legal matters.
• Prepare legal opinions, support strategic projects, and ensure legal solutions balance business objectives with risk management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Support merchant launches, provider integrations, and expansion into new markets.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors, consultants, regulators, and business partners where required.
• Deliver fast, practical legal support in a dynamic international environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience:

• 2-3 years of legal experience in fintech, payments, acquiring, or high-risk industries.
• Strong hands-on experience drafting merchant agreements and commercial payment contracts from scratch.
• Proven experience working with PSPs, acquirers, banks, EMIs, payment methods, card schemes, and payment providers.
• Solid background in cross-border payments, payment infrastructure, and regulated fintech environments.
• Experience with payment method integrations (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Alipay, iDEAL, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong exposure to high-risk verticals such as iGaming, betting, forex, or crypto is a strong advantage.

Within our fintech holding, we are building and scaling a payment ecosystem for high-risk industries. This role is critical: without onboarding, there are no accounts, no acquiring, and no payment flows.

We are looking for an Onboarding Manager who can take full ownership of the bank and EMI onboarding process - from identifying the right partners to launching fully operational payment setups.

Your Mission

Own and drive the full onboarding lifecycle for group companies and clients - from selecting the right banking and payment solutions to successfully opening accounts, setting up acquiring, and ensuring payment operations go live.

You will act as the key driver between business needs and financial institutions, making sure that every entity gets the accounts and infrastructure required to operate globally.

What You Will Do

Onboarding & Account Setup

• Manage end-to-end onboarding with banks, EMIs, PSPs, and acquiring partners

• Navigate risk reviews and onboarding committees

Process Ownership

• Join onboarding calls with banks and partners
• Track onboarding pipelines across multiple entities and jurisdictions
• Ensure timelines are met and onboarding moves forward without bottlenecks
