To lead the financial architecture of this business, we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who understands the mechanics of payment flows, reconciliation logic, and financial risk management in a high-volume fintech environment.

This role requires deep expertise in payment operations finance, settlements, reconciliation, and financial control across multiple PSPs and partners.

Your Mission

Build and lead a financial system that ensures accuracy of settlements, transparency of payment flows, and financial stability in a high-volume payment environment.

You will oversee everything from PSP settlements and merchant reconciliations to financial strategy and operational finance structure.

What You Will Do

Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the financial strategy of the company
• Build the financial structure for a fast-growing payment business
• Support strategic decisions on markets, partners, and payment infrastructure

Payment Finance & Settlements

•  Oversee merchant settlement flows and payout structures
• Manage reconciliation of transactions across PSPs, payment gateways, and banking partners
• Ensure accuracy of processing volumes, commissions, fees, and payouts
• Monitor settlement cycles and payment provider balances
• Control financial flows between merchants, PSPs, and internal infrastructure

Reconciliation & Financial Control

• Build and oversee reconciliation processes across payment systems
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of: PSP balances, merchant settlements, payment gateway reports, internal transaction ledgers, fiat and crypto payment flows (bank accounts, wallets, and on-chain transactions)
• Identify discrepancies in payment flows and resolve them quickly
•  Implement financial controls for high-volume transaction environments

Reporting & Financial Transparency

•  Develop internal financial reporting for leadership and investors
• Track revenue streams, processing volumes, margins, and partner commission
•  Build forecasting models based on transaction flows and payment volume
•  Prepare financial reports for holding management and partners

Risk Management

• Identify operational and financial risks in payment flows
• Ensure financial stability across multiple PSPs and acquiring partners
• Monitor exposure related to chargebacks, rolling reserves, and settlements
• Work closely with compliance and operations teams

Process & Financial Infrastructure

• Build structured finance processes suitable for a payment infrastructure company
• Design reconciliation and reporting systems between PSPs, merchants, and internal platforms
• Implement financial monitoring tools and controls

• Coordinate with accounting and external finance partners where needed

Experience & Background

• 7+ years in finance leadership roles
• Experience as CFO / Head of Finance / Finance Director in fintech, payments, or iGaming

•  Experience working with high-risk merchants (iGaming, crypto, forex, etc.) is a strong advantage

Your Mission

Build and manage the network of banking and PSP partnerships required for operating a high-risk payment infrastructure.

We are looking for an Onboarding Manager who can take full ownership of the bank and EMI onboarding process - from identifying the right partners to launching fully operational payment setups.

Your Mission

Own and drive the full onboarding lifecycle for group companies and clients - from selecting the right banking and payment solutions to successfully opening accounts, setting up acquiring, and ensuring payment operations go live.

You will act as the key driver between business needs and financial institutions, making sure that every entity gets the accounts and infrastructure required to operate globally.
