Focus: Transaction accounting, invoicing, revenue tracking for an investment platform, and own end-to-end financial operations for a platform that intermediates transactions between investors and VC / hedge funds, including but not limited to fee calculation, invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting.

 Requirements:

- 3–7+ years in accounting / finance operations
- Hands-on experience with transaction-heavy businesses
- experience with fee-based or marketplace/platform models

Strong understanding of:

- Revenue recognition
- Accrual accounting
- Invoicing and AR
- Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English

Strongly preferred experience with:

- Financial services, fintech, funds, marketplaces, or SaaS

- Investor-related or fund-related cash flows

- Ability to design processes, not just follow them

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience as BizDev etc
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
• 1+ year of work experience in Web3
• Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt
• Experience communicating with partners and Web3 communities
• Solid understanding of crypto and blockchain concepts

Responsibilities

• Communicate with partners and KOL Managers
• Manage and support social media channels
• Stay up to date with crypto market trends and Web3 technologies
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences when required
• Support community engagement and relationship building
• Be able to travel to various crypto events if needed.
