Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Finance, or a related role

•Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

•Experience in Traditional Finance (TradFi) (e.g., banking, investment firms, consulting, fintech)

•Basic understanding of or strong interest in crypto/Web3 (professional experience is a plus, but not required)

•Solid understanding of financial markets and investment landscape

•Experience communicating with partners, investors, and stakeholders

•Strong research and analytical skills (market research, deal evaluation)

•Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment

•Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Skills in Marketing or SMM

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide marketing execution and junior team members (Podcast Management, writing newsletters, SMM)
•Develop and execute content strategies to drive brand presence, including YouTube, X growth initiatives 

•Build and maintain relationships with partners, investors, and key stakeholders

•Support investor onboarding and ongoing investor management

•Conduct market research across both crypto (Web3) and traditional finance markets

•Support business development initiatives, including partnerships and growth opportunities

•Coordinate and support participation in industry events and conferences

•Assist with event-related activities, including networking and follow-ups

•Be open to occasional travel for events and conferences
