    We’re currently looking for a Lead generation specialist & Sales Manager (B2B | Germany) who will help build the sales system from scratch, set up lead generation and sales processes, and eventually form a full-fledged sales department. We're looking for a proactive and independent professional ready to take ownership, test hypotheses, suggest improvements, and scale results.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Full sales cycle: from the first contact to closing the deal
    • Sourcing and attracting potential clients via LinkedIn, Google, email, and other channels (including English- and German-speaking markets)
    • Preparing commercial offers (templates provided – you’ll adapt them for each client)
    • Managing the client base, conducting negotiations via phone or Google Meet
    • Developing and implementing lead generation strategies
    • Analyzing the effectiveness of channels and tools, suggesting improvements
    • Collaborating with marketing and other internal teams
    • Working with marketplaces and SAP (training provided if needed)

     

    Requirements:

    • Experience in B2B sales with an understanding of the full sales cycle
    • Upper-Intermediate Germany (or higher)
    • Strong business communication and presentation skills
    • Experience with CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, Word, and PDF
    • Comfortable working with cold leads
    • Responsible, proactive, and structured thinker
    • Willing to grow and be involved in company development

     

    What we offer:

    • Fully remote work (based in Ukraine preferred)
    • Working hours: 9:00–10:00 to 18:00–19:00 (Kyiv time), flexible lunch break
    • Contract format (Individual Entrepreneur — group 3, tax compensation provided)
    • Trial period — 1 month (formal contract follows after)
