As we continue our expansion into new markets, we are looking for a talented Video Editor / Motion Designer to join our dynamic Marketing Team. You will play a key role in crafting compelling video and motion content that drives engagement, enhances brand messaging, and supports our growth. 

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate: 

• 3+ years of experience in video editing or motion design within a B2B or B2C environment, ideally working with SaaS or tech startups. 
• Expert proficiency in video editing and motion design tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro etc. Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma – must have. 
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level, with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team. 
• A deep understanding of visual storytelling, design principles, and the ability to create engaging, high-quality video content. 
• Ability to create videos that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences. 
• Passion for innovation, with the ability to develop new ideas and take ownership of creative projects. 
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. 

• A portfolio showcasing your video editing and motion design skills and experience. 

   

Will be plus: Knowledge of AI tools or illustration/drawing skills for custom designs. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Creating engaging video content for various platforms, including YouTube, Ads, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Stories, and Reels. 
• Collaborating with the marketing team to align video and motion designs with the overall brand image and messaging. 
• Editing and refining videos based on feedback and marketing needs. 
• Managing video production timelines and ensuring timely delivery of content. 
• Staying updated on industry trends, new technologies, and design techniques to continuously improve video and motion design strategies.

We're growing and looking for a Middle .NET Full Stack Developer to join our talented team. If you’re passionate about product development, eager to learn, and enjoy solving real-world problems with clean code—this could be a great fit. 

What You'll Do

· Develop new features and improve existing functionality on both the backend and frontend.

· Work with ASP.NET Core, MongoDB, and React-based frontend technologies.

· Collaborate with the product and development teams to understand requirements and propose solutions.

· Write clean, testable code following best practices (unit and integration testing, mocking, etc.).

· Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and feature discussions.

· Keep up with technology trends and contribute ideas to improve the product and development processes.

Who You Are

· 3+ years of commercial development experience.

· Strong backend skills with ASP.NET Core and MongoDB.

· Solid frontend experience with TypeScript, ES6, React, Redux, CSS, and HTML.

· Familiar with testing methodologies and tools (unit/integration tests, DI, mocking).

· English: Intermediate level or higher (able to read, write, and participate in meetings).

· Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to collaborate in a team.

Nice to Have

· Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.

· Familiarity with AI-related development.

· Understanding of microservices architecture.
