    Our partner is an established player in the hospitality and real estate sector, managing a growing portfolio of properties and implementing modern digital solutions to optimize performance.
    The company is expanding and looking for a Revenue Manager who can take a systematic, data-driven approach to increase profitability and build efficient revenue processes from the ground up.

    About the Role

    The Revenue Manager plays a crucial role in driving company profitability and ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
    Your mission is to assess how our current revenue management systems operate, identify areas for improvement, and implement those changes step by step.

     

    The first stage will be analytical and strategic:
    You’ll gain access to all relevant systems and data, conduct a comprehensive audit, and prepare a Revenue Improvement Plan.
    Once the audit is complete, you’ll move into the implementation phase — testing, optimizing, and refining strategies to achieve measurable results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing revenue, pricing, and occupancy processes.
    • Develop and implement company-wide revenue optimization strategies.
    • Analyze market trends, seasonality, competitor behavior, and demand patterns to create dynamic pricing models.
    • Ensure proper setup and operation of PMS and sales channels (OTAs, website, CRM).
    • Oversee data accuracy, booking reconciliation, payments, and commissions.
    • Collaborate closely with accounting, finance, and on-site managers.
    • Prepare performance reports, recommendations, and forecasts for senior management.

      What We Expect
    • 2+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or yield optimization.
    • Strong knowledge of PMS and OTA platforms (ideally Muse, Cloudbeds, Opera, or similar).
    • Solid understanding of dynamic pricing and financial performance metrics.
    • Excellent analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
    • Systematic mindset, attention to detail, and focus on measurable results.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with finance, operations, and marketing teams.

      Onboarding Roadmap
    • Weeks 1–4: Familiarization with systems, data, and current processes; conducting an audit.
    • Month 1: Preparation of the audit report and improvement project.
    • Months 2–3: Implementation of strategies, testing hypotheses, and fine-tuning tools.
    • Ongoing: Continuous monitoring, reporting, and development of revenue management practices.
