The Role:

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join one of our Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

In this role, you will support one or two self-organized cross-functional teams in a SAFe environment and work closely with Product Owners, engineers, fellow Scrum Masters, ART leadership, and other stakeholders.

This role is a strong fit for someone who cares about team effectiveness, delivery predictability, healthy collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• 5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong understanding of SAFe or experience working in another scaled Agile environment (LeSS, Nexus, etc)
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to work with team dynamics, flow, and focus team on delivery predictability and business value
• Ability to identify blockers, process gaps, and coordination issues
• Ability to navigate complexity, manage cross-team dependencies, and bring clarity in rapidly changing environments
• Proficient English (spoken and written), for meetings and stakeholder communication. Part of the interview process will be conducted in English
• Fluent Ukrainian for day-to-day collaboration with local teams.
  
  
  
  Would be a plus:
• Experience working in a SAFe setup
• Experience working closely with Product Owners and engineering teams
• Familiarity with software delivery workflows and release processes
• Experience with Notion, YouTrack, Jira, Miro, Figma, or similar tools
• Experience with flow metrics such as Cycle Time, Lead Time, Throughput
• Experience working in the financial services industry
• Agile/Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master.
  
  
  Key responsibilities:
• Facilitation
• Facilitate team ceremonies, including refinement, planning, daily syncs, reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning
• Help the team prepare backlog items for implementation and plan realistic iteration goals
• Support productive discussions, clear decisions, and strong team alignment
• Collaboration
• Coach teams in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe principles
• Work closely with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders to improve clarity and coordination
• Help teams identify and address blockers, risks, and dependencies early
• Foster a team environment built on trust, transparency, and healthy communication.
• Flow & Continuous Improvement
• Help teams improve flow, delivery predictability, and sustainable ways of working
• Use team metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Support continuous improvement of team processes, collaboration, and planning quality
• Keep the focus on outcomes, not just task completion.
