- Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to Ferla’s commercial bikes and vending carts.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content (videos, images, and copy) that highlights the functionality and success stories of our commercial bike clients.
- Community Management: Foster relationships with customers, influencers, and partners by actively engaging with followers and responding to comments/messages.
- Campaign Management: Launch targeted social media ad campaigns to increase product visibility and generate leads for the commercial bikes division.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to align social media content with broader business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in a B2B or commercial product environment.
- Proven expertise in content creation for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Strong visual storytelling and copywriting skills.
