- Proficient verbal and written communication;
- Negotiation skills and handling objections;
- Familiarity with and ability to use boolean search;
Understanding of IT terminology.
Responsibilities:
- Compose job descriptions and test tasks for candidates;
- Develop main scripts for communicating with candidates and responding to their questions for further use;
- Search for personnel using any available social platforms;
- Engage specific candidates;
- Systematize search methods to reduce the time required to close a specific vacancy;
- Conduct initial interviews;
Generate reports and recruitment funnels for the manager.
What we offer:

- Over 4 Years of Recruitment Experience
- Expertise in closing vacancies at various levels, including C-Level, Head, Team Lead, and Senior roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with candidates and internal teams (proficient in Ukrainian, Russian, and English).
- Proactive and results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving recruitment goals.
- Comprehensive understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Exceptional talent sourcing and engagement skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of modern recruitment methods and tools.
Experience in building a team from the ground up.
Core Responsibilities:
Establishing and Managing the Recruitment Department:
- Recruiting and coordinating the activities of recruitment specialists.
- Setting goals and creating strategies to achieve them.
- Ensuring the team operates efficiently and meets objectives.
Candidate Search and Selection:
- Overseeing and conducting candidate searches for various roles.
- Reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting the best-fit candidates for the company.
Strategic Planning:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for the recruitment department aligned with company needs and market trends.
Building Strong Candidate Relationships:
- Maintaining strong connections with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Optimizing Recruitment Processes:
- Streamlining sourcing methods to reduce the time required to close vacancies.
- Creating detailed reports and recruitment funnels for management review.
