    We are looking for a Recruiter with experience in an IT or Game company for a company within a holding of IT companies. 

     

    Skills you can help us with:

    • Experience in a similar position, preferably in a Game or IT company;
    • Proficient verbal and written communication;
    • Negotiation skills and handling objections;
    • Familiarity with and ability to use boolean search;
    • Understanding of IT terminology.

       

    Responsibilities:

    • Compose job descriptions and test tasks for candidates;
    • Develop main scripts for communicating with candidates and responding to their questions for further use;
    • Search for personnel using any available social platforms;
    • Engage specific candidates;
    • Systematize search methods to reduce the time required to close a specific vacancy;
    • Conduct initial interviews;
    • Generate reports and recruitment funnels for the manager.

    • Salary: rate +20% for a closed vacancy;

    • Over 4 Years of Recruitment Experience
    • Expertise in closing vacancies at various levels, including C-Level, Head, Team Lead, and Senior roles.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with candidates and internal teams (proficient in Ukrainian, Russian, and English).
    • Proactive and results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving recruitment goals.
    • Comprehensive understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process.
