We are a small but dynamic outsourcing company specializing in the intersection of AI, fintech, and blockchain technologies. Currently, we are engaged in an exciting project with a USA-based startup that has been operating for a year. This project leverages AI to revolutionize sales processes.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure the delivery of exceptional user experiences.
 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Portfolio of professional design projects that include work with web applications
• B2+ level of spoken English with experience working with English-speaking clients
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (is a must), Sketch, Canva, and Adobe XD
• A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Be familiar with cross-browser and cross-platform design development
• Experience with prototyping tools and techniques
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
• Business/Product analytical skills are a plus
   

Responsibilities:

• Identify and define user problems to be solved through design
• Create product designs that are intuitive and engaging
• Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and consistent with brand identity
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction ideas
• Participate in product usability testing to validate designs and gather feedback for improvement
• Support and enhance existing products based on user feedback
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
