As we grow, we’re looking for a Website Developer & WordPress Specialist based in Ukraine to maintain and improve our website, ensuring a seamless and accessible digital experience for our users.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled developer with experience in WordPress development, website maintenance, and basic coding. You will be responsible for implementing website updates, fixing errors, and supporting all website-related tasks, including managing our job board and improving site performance.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Maintenance

✅ Customise and update our WordPress website based on business needs.
✅ Perform coding tasks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) to enhance site functionality.
✅ Identify and resolve website issues, including broken links, performance bugs, and errors.
✅ Ensure site security, backups, and regular maintenance.

SEO & Content Management

✅ Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings.
✅ Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
✅ Work with the marketing team to optimise landing pages and job board postings.

Quality Control & Reporting

✅ Regularly check for website issues and troubleshoot bugs.
✅ Monitor site analytics and performance metrics (Google Analytics, SEO tools).
✅ Provide reports on website traffic, user engagement, and areas for improvement.

Skills & Requirements

✔ Strong experience in WordPress development and customisation.
✔ Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) required.
✔ Understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimisation.
✔ Ability to manage website updates, troubleshooting, and error resolution.
✔ Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and performance tracking tools.
✔ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
✔ Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams.
