HubSpot Architect

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of the HubSpot ecosystem, including CRM, marketing automation, CMS, and integration with other business systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define system requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and implement custom integrations between HubSpot and third-party applications using APIs and middleware.
- Build and optimize HubSpot workflows, pipelines, and automation processes for marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
- Manage and maintain HubSpot instance configurations, ensuring they are aligned with best practices and business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of HubSpot developers and administrators.
- Collaborate with the product, marketing, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow and system integrations.
- Stay up to date with the latest HubSpot features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in our HubSpot solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot integrations, data syncing, and performance.
Requrements:
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Architect or similar role, with a deep understanding of HubSpot’s CRM, CMS, and Marketing Hub.
- Strong experience designing and implementing HubSpot solutions, including automation workflows, forms, landing pages, and custom integrations.
- Proficiency in HubSpot API, including custom integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, ERP systems, etc.).
- Strong understanding of HubSpot’s technical architecture, data models, and reporting capabilities.
- Experience with HubSpot CMS, including custom themes, modules, and templates.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for customizations within HubSpot.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure integrations with other tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
- HubSpot certifications, especially in HubSpot CMS, CRM, or Marketing Hub, are a plus.
