We are currently looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Specialist who will be responsible for growing our partner sales channel and building long-term strategic partnerships.

About the Role

The primary goal of this role is to identify new partnership opportunities and grow existing partnerships that drive qualified traffic to EVIQO's Amazon listings and the company's website, ultimately increasing sales.

This role is also responsible for analyzing partnership performance, testing new growth hypotheses, and identifying the most effective ways to scale the partner channel. Increasing brand awareness through strategic partnerships is considered an additional benefit.

Expected Results

Within the first 12 months, you will be expected to:

• Deliver significant sales growth through the partnership channel.
• Expand the partner network by attracting new partners with proven sales potential.
• Achieve strong utilization of available resources and consistently meet sales targets starting from the third month.
• Establish a structured reporting process and a continuous hypothesis-testing framework beginning from the second month.

What You'll Do

• Identify, engage, and onboard new partners to promote and sell EVIQO products.
• Independently source potential partners through multiple outreach channels.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing partners to maximize performance.
• Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
• Design, launch, and test new partnership models.
• Analyze partnership performance, commission structures, ROI, and overall business impact.
• Calculate partnership economics and make data-driven decisions based on financial metrics.
• Build strategic partnerships and long-term collaborations with companies, brands, content creators, and industry influencers.
• Generate new ideas to grow the partnership channel and proactively drive improvements.
• Work with Amazon Affiliates, Creator Partnerships, Influencer Partnerships, and other customer acquisition channels.
• Continuously test and optimize new approaches to partner acquisition and partner development.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, Sales, or Influencer Marketing.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
• Solid understanding of unit economics, ROI, P&L, commission models, and key business metrics.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Practical experience conducting business communication in English, including negotiations, meetings, and written communication with partners, without a language barrier or hesitation in reaching out to new contacts.

About the Role

The purpose of this role is to ensure a positive post-purchase customer experience through proactive communication with customers, helping them resolve issues related to using their EV
charger and handling order-related concerns in accordance with company policies.

The role also involves maintaining customer experience data, analyzing the root causes of negative customer experiences, and preparing recommendations for the relevant teams to help
eliminate recurring systemic issues.

Expected Outcomes:

• Restore a positive customer experience for at least 50% of customers with open negative cases existing at the time of joining the team (a minimum of 20 successfully
  recovered cases within the first 30 days).
• Proactively prevent negative customer experiences in at least 8 potential high-risk cases during the first 30 days.
• Build a structured tracking system for negative customer experience, categorized by source (product, mobile app, delivery, marketplace content, installation, etc.).
• Prepare the first analytical report with findings and recommendations for the relevant teams within the first 30 days, and continue providing such reports on a monthly basis.
• Reduce the number of negative customer cases by at least 20% within the first six months, compared to the equivalent period before joining the team.

Required Competencies:

• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Technical Support, or Account Management.
• Demonstrates excellent written and spoken English skills (C1 or above), with clear pronunciation and the ability to communicate confidently and naturally with U.S. customers via phone and email.
• Proven experience communicating with U.S. customers in a customer-facing role.
• Builds trust, even during difficult conversations with dissatisfied customers.
• Balances empathy for customers with a strong focus on business outcomes.
• Identifies the root causes of problems rather than only addressing their symptoms.
• Recognizes recurring patterns in customer interactions and turns them into practical insights for the business.
• Takes ownership of results without requiring constant supervision.
• Learns quickly and is able to find solutions independently.
• Demonstrates high personal productivity and effectively prioritizes work.
