💼 About the Role
We're looking for a Laravel Software Engineer to help develop and scale our internal and client-facing fintech platforms. You'll join a cross-functional team of product thinkers, engineers, and designers to shape high-performance systems that drive financial innovation.

- Backend: Laravel (PHP 8+), Golang
- Database: MySQL, Redis
- API: GraphQL, gRPC (planned)
- Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD (GitHub)
- Cloud: AWS
🧩 What You'll Do
- Help migrate from a monolithic Laravel application to a Go-based micro services architecture (if you have no experience with Go it's fine)
- Develop and maintain core backend services in Laravel and Golang
- Participate in system architecture and API design
- Work closely with product team to deliver robust solutions
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement
✅ Requirements
- Ready to learn new technologies
- 2+ years of experience in backend development (Laravel or Golang)
- At least Intermediate English (all communication and documentation is in English)
- Ability to work 2–3 days per week from our Kyiv office (Business Center Magnett) or from offices in Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia
- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and system architecture
- Experience working with SQL databases and caching systems
- Familiarity with Docker and Linux-based environments
- Basic understanding of micro services and API integrations
- Self-driven with good communication skills
