We’re not a corporate maze. We’re a small, focused digital agency working with clients across Europe and North America — from e-commerce and logistics to real estate and tech. Our clients don’t want reports for the sake of reporting. They want growth — and we deliver it. That’s why we’re looking for a strategic SEO specialist, not just a task executor. Someone who wants to see the real impact of their work.
What You’ll Get With Us:
- Mature processes and decision-making freedom — you won’t be a cog in the machine, but the brain of SEO on your projects
- Transparent tasks and sane management — no micromanagement, only trust
- 100% remote and flexible schedule — what matters is the result, not time in Zoom
- Variety of niches and markets — no two projects are the same
- Strong team support — access to designers, developers, copywriters, analysts
Your Role:
- Conduct SEO audits and identify growth opportunities
- Build and implement SEO strategies (on-page/off-page)
- Analyze competitors and develop semantic strategies
- Create clear technical tasks for copywriters
- Optimize meta tags, structure, and implement Schema markup
- Oversee link building: crowd, outreach, guest posting
- Analyze performance, generate reports, test hypotheses
- Keep up with Google updates and apply best practices
What We Expect:
- 1+ years of experience in SEO (agency or multi-project background preferred)
- Proficiency with tools like GSC, GA, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Serpstat
- Strong skills in keyword collection and clustering
- Understanding of link building, crowd marketing, guest posting
- Knowledge of Google algorithms, E-A-T, PageSpeed, Mobile-first indexing
- Basic knowledge of CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)
- Independence, responsibility, and result orientation
Conditions:
- Fully remote
- Flexible schedule (but active communication on weekdays is required)
- Compensation is discussed individually based on your cases
- Priority is given to applicants who provide examples of real SEO achievements
If you want to do more than just “SEO tasks” and actually drive business growth — send us your portfolio, real cases, and results. Applications without proof of results won’t be reviewed.

Digital Marketing Specialist
Full Remote · Worldwide · 2 years of experience · Upper-IntermediateHelp us grow our agency — and grow with it. But now - it’s time...Help us grow our agency — and grow with it.
We’re - a boutique digital agency that works with clients across e-commerce, tech, and logistics. We run performance campaigns, boost organic traffic, and build brands that don’t blend in.
But now - it’s time to turn the lens inward.
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on digital marketer who will take the lead on growing our own brand. This role isn’t just about performance - it’s about ownership.
What you’ll actually do:
You’ll work directly with the founder and core team to:
- Package our services into clear, irresistible offers
- Define and document our ideal clients and market segments
- Build our lead generation funnel — and test it in the real world
- Develop positioning, messaging, and content strategies
- Launch and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads
- Analyze results, iterate, and grow what works
You won’t just “do tasks” — you’ll be a co-creator of our growth strategy.
Who we’re looking for:
- You understand how digital funnels actually work
- You’ve launched and tested offers, not just written about them
- You can write copy that sells (and you enjoy it)
- You know how to test hypotheses quickly — and adapt
- You’re not afraid of responsibility — you welcome it
- You’re curious, proactive, and want to build something meaningful
Bonus if you’ve worked in an agency or launched your own project.
What we offer:
- KPI-based bonuses starting from month two
- Full strategic and creative freedom
- A role where your work is seen, valued, and makes a difference
- Mentorship, trust, and a clear growth path
- A chance to work with a fast-moving, ambitious team
- Potential to earn % from project revenue once we scale
Who this role is not for:
If you’re looking to “just execute what’s assigned” and check out at 6 PM — this isn’t it.
We want someone who cares. Who wants to grow fast, try things, test bold ideas, and feel like their work builds something real.
🎯 If that’s you — send us your portfolio, a quick intro, and 2–3 lines about a campaign or growth project you’re proud of.
We don’t care about your degree — we care about what you’ve actually done.
Let’s build something great — together.

This is a long-term opportunity with strong potential for growth into a Development Team Lead...We are looking for a versatile and self-driven Full-Stack Web Developer who can confidently work across Shopify, WordPress, and general frontend development. This is a long-term opportunity with strong potential for growth into a Development Team Lead position.
You’ll be working closely with other team members (marketers, designers, backend developers), and we need someone who doesn’t just complete tasks — but understands why they’re doing what they’re doing, communicates clearly, and can take full ownership of the development process from task intake to execution and delivery.
🔧 Responsibilities:
- Customize and develop Shopify themes and apps (Liquid, JSON, JS, etc.).
- Build and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, ACF, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Perform clean, responsive, and cross-browser compatible HTML/CSS/JS layout work.
- Make edits or build small features using PHP (in WordPress) and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with other team members using tools like Trello/Asana, Slack, Git, etc.
- Evaluate the technical feasibility of requirements and suggest efficient solutions.
- Troubleshoot bugs quickly and proactively — not reactively.
- Suggest and implement performance optimizations.
- Support the team with additional CMS-related tasks if needed (e.g., minor work in Webflow, etc.).
🧠 Requirements:
- Strong experience with Shopify (theme editing, app integration, custom Liquid code).
- Strong experience with WordPress (including ACF, CPTs, plugin customization).
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), PHP (WordPress-specific logic).
- Understanding of Git and ability to work in version-controlled environments.
- Ability to accurately estimate time and complexity of development tasks.
- Excellent communication and self-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
🟡 Nice to have (not required but welcome):
- Experience with Webflow, Magento, or other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of REST APIs and AJAX.
- Experience with page speed optimization and SEO-related frontend tasks.
- Comfortable with modern JS frameworks (Vue, React) at a basic level.
🚀 What We Offer:
- Fully remote and flexible working hours.
- Projects across various industries, no boring tasks.
- A clear path to grow into a Team Lead role over time.
- A culture of accountability, clarity, and support — not micromanagement.
- Competitive compensation based on experience and skills.
