    We are looking for a results-driven Senior CRM System Manager to take full ownership of our Pipedrive CRM. In this role, you will ensure that all CRM data is accurate, up-to-date, and maintained with the highest standards of data hygiene. You will be responsible for optimizing workflows, implementing essential integrations, and driving automation to maximize efficiency across sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating visually compelling HTML-based email and newsletter templates to support marketing and sales outreach and communication efforts.

    Key Responsibilities

    CRM Management & Optimization:

    • Own and manage Pipedrive CRM, ensuring effective configuration, customization, and maintenance.
    • Develop and implement CRM best practices to support sales and marketing objectives.
    • Optimize CRM workflows, automation, and integrations to improve efficiency.
    • Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and consistency within Pipedrive, including lead and deal management, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
    • Create and manage custom fields, dashboards, and reporting structures to provide actionable insights.

     

    Sales & Marketing Alignment:

    • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance CRM adoption and ensure it supports business needs.
    • Integrate Pipedrive with marketing automation tools, email platforms, and business intelligence tools to streamline operations.
    • Develop lead scoring models and segmentation to improve targeting and conversions.
    • Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams, ensuring best practices are followed.

     

    Email & Newsletter Template Development:

    • Combine technical expertise and creativity to design and develop visually engaging, responsive HTML email and newsletter templates that enhance our marketing and sales communications.
    • Ensure templates are optimized for various email clients and devices.
    • Work closely with the Marketing team to align email designs with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
    • Implement personalization and dynamic content using CRM and marketing automation tools.
    • Monitor email deliverability, performance metrics, and A/B testing to optimize engagement.

     

    Data & Reporting:

    • Generate and maintain sales performance reports, conversion metrics, and forecasting dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities within the sales funnel and customer journey.
    • Ensure CRM compliance with data privacy regulations.

     

    Automation & Process Improvement:

    • Identify automation opportunities within the CRM to streamline sales and marketing processes, boost efficiency, and reduce manual work.
    • Implement AI-powered tools, chatbots, and workflow automations to enhance lead nurturing and follow-ups.
    • Improve pipeline visibility and efficiency through customized deal stages and automated reminders.

     

    Qualifications & Experience

    • 5+ years of experience in CRM system management, with expertise in Pipedrive.
    • Strong background in B2B sales processes, preferably in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Healthcare Marketing.
    • Experience integrating Pipedrive CRM with marketing automation tools, email platforms, and analytics tools.
    • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for designing and coding email templates and newsletters.
    • Experience with data enrichment tools (Clearbit, ZoomInfo, etc.).
    • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
    • Knowledge of email best practices, deliverability, and compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, etc.).
