As part of our academy, we are offering an opportunity for individuals to grow and learn in the field of digital marketing. Whether you have prior experience in Digital Marketing, including Lead Generation and Email Marketing, or if you have no experience at all and are eager to start your career from scratch, we invite you to apply for the position of Intern Email Marketer.

The Email Marketing Academy program runs for a duration of one month, and we are pleased to inform you that the company covers all expenses associated with the academy. This includes the cost of the program itself, training materials, and any additional resources required during the course. And at our academy, we pay you a salary!

What you will do:

— Start working from the Warsaw awesome office (1 month). Work with Senior Marketing Managers to ensure smooth processes of Email Marketing using different relevant tools;

— Work across multi-channel marketing groups on robust and comprehensive lifecycle Email Marketing strategies;

— Assist the Email Marketing Director in creating email templates, uploading the content and sending broadcast emails to subscribers & creating eye-catchy newsletters funnels.

What we require from you:

— Be a fast learner;

— Experience in digital marketing will be a huge plus;

— HTML coding knowledge will be a great advantage;

— Ability to work in the office (hybrid mode);

Responsibilities:

Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports;

Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality;

Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases;

Providing support to the Executive team to strengthen and enhance our reporting and analytics capabilities;

Qualifications:

Working experience as a Data Analyst (starting from 0,5 years)

Good understanding of Excel formulas and Google Sheets is a must;

Good data analytic skills required, experience with analytical and database tools, e.g. SQL (Legacy, SQL-BigQuery, SELECT, JOIN, UNION, UPDATE, DELETE, INSERT)

Deep understanding with data manipulation (merging datasets, identifying missing data, data cleansing);

Experience with Data visualization (Looker Studio or Power BI or Tableau);

Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;

Creative mindset, with an outlook of always looking to improve on reporting and designs

Good command of English both written and spoken

Nice to have:

Knowledge of programming language Python is a huge plus;

Experience with API;

Experience with AIRFLOW.

Are you a motivated, passionate Wordpress Developer looking for a career with a quickly-growing marketing company?

 

If you are great in WP development and want to join a highly passionate team, you’re on the right way 

We are looking for the Front-End Developer/WordPress Developer who will be responsible
for creating WP blogs, landing pages and other digital projects. Also, you would need to
execute innovative design layouts (not boring themes) along with managing our existing sites and server settings on Namecheap/Liquid Web/HostGattor/Vultr/Godaddy etc.

Requirements:
-Excellent knowledge in HTML and CSS
-Solid experience with CMS such as WP (mostly), etc.
-Experience on integrating scripts and I-frames (GA, FB, Google tag manager, etc.)
-Understanding of the main metrics of the website quality (Ahrefs, Majestic, Pingdom, PageInsights etc.);
-Working knowledge of responsive/adaptive sites & feel of the design;
-Experience working with opt-in forms integrations;
-Experience WordPress plugins;
-Experience building owned channel communications (including push, and in-app) is a plus
-English level starting from Intermediate (verbal & written) — you will work in English
speaking environment;
