In this fully remote role, you will be key in onboarding new team members, maintaining smooth internal processes, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.     • A proactive multitasker who loves checklists and clear processes.

    • Familiar with Google Workspace, Asana, and ideally experienced with HR tools like PeopleForce.

    Responsibilities

    Onboarding Coordination

    • Draft and prepare onboarding materials, including welcome letters and consulting agreements.
    • Organize and host onboarding sessions for new hires.

    • Partner with the tech and creative teams to ensure every new team member has what they need from day one.

    Administrative Support

    Responsibilities:

    • Follow the developed sourcing strategies to identify potential instructors via LinkedIn and other sources.
    • Establish initial contact with potential instructors.
    • Collaborate with the pre-production team members to understand requirements and execute established sourcing strategies.
