- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and success criteria
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Manage and mitigate risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure timely delivery, within scope and budget
- Conduct sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups (Agile/Scrum or hybrid approaches)
- Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories and specifications
- Collaborate with design and development teams to shape feasible solutions
- Perform gap analysis and impact assessments
- Support QA and UAT processes with test cases, documentation, and validation
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in software or IT environments
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Solid background in business and system analysis, ideally within software projects
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, or similar
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
As A Plus
- Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile PM is a plus
- Familiarity with software architecture or API documentation
- Experience in client-facing roles or in custom software development environments
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and QA processes
