We are looking for an experienced Automation QA engineer to join the team.

The product is a comprehensive Clinical Trial Management System designed to enhance financial efficiency and streamline clinical research operations across all research sites, site networks, hospitals, and health systems. Its primary focus is on the North American market.

Key responsibilities

• Work with both automation and manual testing, with a 50% / 50% ratio.
• Design, document, execute, and maintain test plans, scenarios, use cases, scripts and procedures.
• Design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Automate manual UI and API test cases.
• Ensure full lifecycle testing including; integration, regression, and stress tests.
• Document software defects using the company’s CRM tracking system.
• Provide input on functional requirements and potential problems.
• Find and report defects to software developers.
• Help investigate customer problems as needed.

• Take initiative for software quality process efficiency and improvements.

   

Requirements

• Overall, 5 years of experience in the field including at least 3 years in automation.
• Commercial experience and strong knowledge of C#, Selenium, NUnit, RestSharp, SQL.
• Experience with version control and issue tracking.
• Experience with Visual Studio .NET, using C# & .NET Framework.
• Experience with performance testing and the Grafana testing tool.
• Working knowledge of relational database concepts.
• Knowledge of Visual Studio, TFS, and Microsoft Test Manager.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (CRM).

• Strong writing and verbal skills in English.

   

Will be a plus:

• Experience with the following tools: GitHub (Git), Azure DevOps (CI/CD), Jira, Zephyr Scale.
