We are currently seeking an Accountant for one of our projects. The project is the gathering place for individuals working or interested in the field of blockchain & web 3. Our mission is to create the world's largest community of contributors in Web 3.0. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in financial management and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and regulations compliance.

Our perfect candidate has:

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, reporting or financial controlling;
• Knowledge of IFRS, financial accounting and basic international principles of taxation;
• Experience in accounting systems (Xero, Quickbook, Zoho);
• MS Office Excel / Google Sheets (professional proficiency);
• High level of self-organization and responsibility;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Attention to detail, focus on results;
• Flexibility, adaptability to changes;
• Proactive position;
• The ability to quickly understand new things;
• Higher education (Accounting & Audit / Finance / Economics);
• English: intermediate and upper;
• experience with cryptocurrency.

The presence of CIPA, CIMA, ACCA, DipIFR certifications is not mandatory but will be a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparation, collection and control of the availability of primary documents for the company (UAE jurisdiction);
• Accurately maintain the chart of accounts and general ledger by recording all financial transactions;
• Review and post journal entries, as necessary;
• Handling AP/AR related roles;
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial record;
• Systematization and administration of documentation;
• Help with company accounting in Xero;
• Oversee document retention to ensure compliance with legal and company policies;
• Work closely with other departments to collect essential financial data;
• Ad-hoc tasks from SA.

Role Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will oversee the integration and optimization of smart systems provided by our partners into a single, user-friendly mobile application for clients working in the hub. This app will serve as a central platform for managing all aspects of their workspace experience, including:

Space Management System: Handles bookings, memberships, and workspace operations.
Access Control System: Ensures secure and seamless access for authorized users.
Environment Control System: Manages temperature, humidity, and air quality for optimal comfort.
Smart Lighting System: Provides adaptive lighting control to enhance user experience.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring these systems are seamlessly integrated into the mobile app, creating a smooth and efficient user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead the integration of all partner-provided systems into a unified mobile application.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for app functionality and enhancements.
• Collaborate with tech teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure system efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks to improve user experience.
• Maintain clear documentation and training materials for internal teams and users.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management and  IOT projects more than 2 years;
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken);
• Understanding of Web3 and blockchain is a plus;
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, planning and modeling;
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques;
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including complex formula creation, pivot tables, data analysis, and automation;

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes;
• Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting;
• Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly/quarterly financial statements and ad hoc reports for company management;
• Taking active part in customization of accounting software (Xero) to meet the requirements of managerial accounting and reporting;
• Perform the cost controlling function;
• Taking active part in internal business processes creation, improvement, formalization and implementation;
• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide insights for strategic planning;
• Participate in the preparation of business cases for new initiatives, projects, or investment;
