Who We Are
 

We are a small product company developing an online poker platform, along with a few smaller side projects to support our growth.

Every team member’s voice matters—anyone’s ideas can lead to product or process improvements, big or small.
We’re already live and on our way to conquering the Brazilian market.
Everything is handled in-house: media buying, support, development, and more.
 

Who We’re Looking For
 

We need a Project Manager who will ensure smooth operations and free up the CEO’s time.
 

The ideal candidate is:
✔ Pedantic & results-driven – detail-oriented and focused on outcomes
✔ Understands Ukrainian (our team is Ukrainian)
✔ Upper-intermediate English or higher
✔ A poker enthusiast? Even better!
 

What You’ll Do
 

• Refine and adjust the existing roadmap, including milestones, and create a backlog from it
• Adapt to roadmap changes as needed
• Ensure the backlog is clear and transparent for both the team and stakeholders
• Organize the backlog into releases and deliver them to users on schedule
• Keep the team aligned with the current release goals
• Document company processes and ensure they’re followed
• Develop documentation templates and migrate existing docs to a unified format
• Coordinate efforts across support, development, product, and traffic teams
• Maintain and improve our SCRUM workflow
• Optimize processes and workflows for efficiency
• Automate daily routines where possible
• Manage risks proactively
• Conduct VERY brief acceptance testing
