We’re looking for a results-oriented Product Manager to drive revenue growth, user retention, and operational efficiency across Mythical Marketplace — our web-based platform for trading in-game digital assets (NFTs). You will be at the center of shaping a seamless, engaging trading experience that maximizes turnover, ARPU, user retention, while ensuring scalable infrastructure and sustainable operating costs.

In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, analytics, and operations, ensuring that every feature we ship is both impactful and cost-conscious. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a fast-evolving Web3 product, where your work will directly shape the future of digital item trading for top-tier gaming ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Growth & Strategic Development

• Product Roadmap: Own and evolve the Mythical Marketplace roadmap, prioritizing features that drive revenue, retention, and marketplace turnover.
• Platform Evolution: Continuously improve our web trading experience.
• OPEX Awareness: Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure each feature brings tangible business value while maintaining low infra load, architecture complexity, and operational cost.
• Documentation: Translate product strategy into clear and actionable business requirements for engineering, design, and analytics teams.

Operational Excellence & Retention

• LiveOps Coordination: Partner with support, dev, and data teams to deliver engaging promotions, events, and marketplace updates that boost user retention and inventory liquidity.
• Issue Resolution: Triage user-reported issues, track incident patterns, and work with devs to deliver timely and transparent resolutions.
• User Feedback Loop: Monitor feedback channels and platform health to surface actionable insights for improving user experience.

Innovation & Market Insights

• Competitive Intelligence: Keep a close eye on marketplace trends, pricing models, and emerging player behaviors across the Web3 and gaming industries.
• Differentiation: Identify and champion new revenue-generating ideas — from AI-powered insights to trading mechanics — that help Mythical stand out.

Experimentation & UX Optimization

• A/B Testing: Develop and run experiments to validate product hypotheses, improve conversion funnels, and fine-tune key flows without compromising performance.
• UX Iteration: Work with designers and analysts to refine navigation, information architecture, and in-market interactions.

Analytics & Metrics

• KPI Ownership: Monitor key marketplace metrics (GMV, ARPU, retention, item turnover, churn) and use them to guide product direction.
• Tooling: Leverage GA4, Snowplow, and internal dashboards to track performance and make informed, data-driven decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Team Alignment: Align priorities across engineering, analytics, game economy, trust & safety, and marketing to ensure smooth execution and goal alignment.
• Product Quality: Maintain high UX and platform consistency standards while balancing innovation with reliability.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in product management, ideally in marketplaces, gaming, or e-commerce.
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical/business field. Tech-focused background is a strong plus.
• Technical Fluency: Solid grasp of system architecture, frontend/backend interactions, APIs, and infrastructure trade-offs. No coding required, but you must be comfortable discussing solutions with engineers.
• Business Impact: Proven track record of driving growth in revenue, retention, or conversion through smart product decisions.
• Data & Analytics: Skilled in using data to prioritize features, measure success, and uncover optimization opportunities. Familiarity with tools like GA4, Snowplow, etc.
• A/B Testing & UX: Experience designing and evaluating experiments, optimizing user flows for engagement and monetization.
• Architecture & Scalability Awareness: Understand how product decisions affect OPEX, infra load, and long-term maintainability.
• Execution & Collaboration: Strong partner to engineering, design, and analytics; able to ship impactful features efficiently.
• Self-Starter: Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments with a balance of autonomy and teamwork.
• Interest in Gaming & Web3: A strong plus if you’re excited about gaming ecosystems, NFTs, and the future of Web3 marketplaces.
• Language: English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

The Analytics Engineer is at the forefront of leveraging data to shape the business’s strategic decisions and bring data-driven products to market.  Reporting to the Head of Economics & Data Science, this role will be primarily responsible for the design, delivery, and management of a commercial quality reporting suite for game developers on the Mythical Platform.  We are pathfinders, developing the first sustainable, mass-market open economy games supported by blockchain technology - and we need someone to build the data products that will ensure our clients make the right decisions to succeed in this exciting new world.  Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about data, knows how to build robust pipelines, has great attention to detail, and a knack for designing visualizations where insights jump off the page!
 

The candidate will be based in Europe and will be required to communicate with colleagues in fluent Ukrainian and English.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, improve and expand the set of interactive dashboards and models that power decision making for all games on the Mythical platform
• Assess, integrate, analyze, and build pipelines for new sources of internal and external data
• Meticulously own the business logic for key performance metrics and drive consistency standards across the organization
• Research and implement AI advancements that automate the generation of analytical insights
• Collaborate with game developers, product managers and engineers to productize data solutions

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with exceptional academic credentials (e.g., Mathematics, EE/CS, Statistics, or Operations Research)
• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or similar roles
• High proficiency in SQL
• High proficiency in storytelling with data - using Looker, Tableau or other data visualization tools
• Proficiency in Python
• English level Upper-intermediate+

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with the GCP suite, including BigQuery and Cloud Functions
• Experience working with Airflow workflow management tools
• Passion for video games and/or blockchain technology

- Навички написання unit/integration тестів;
- Досвід роботи з Docker, Kubernetes;
- Вміння працювати з нестандартними проблемами.
