dits.agency is a digital agency specializing in web development, SEO, and online marketing. 

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Manager to join our team and help us expand our client base in Moldova and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Proactive search and acquisition of new B2B clients 
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients
• Work with CRM systems and other lead sources
• Present company services (web development, SEO, online advertising) to prospects
• Collaborate with the internal team to deliver client needs
• Achieve sales targets and report results

Requirements

• Knowledge of English (both spoken and written) - is a must, other languages Ukrainian, Romanian, russian, etc. - are a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Experience in sales or client management is an advantage
• Familiarity with IT, web development, or marketing is a plus, but not mandatory

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with CRM tools
• Understanding of digital services market trends
