About the company:

Our client is an outstaffing and data-consulting company that places data specialists on B2B contracts with European IT agencies and consulting companies. These partner companies often lack the in-house data specialists needed to win and deliver cloud/data projects for their own clients — that's the gap our client's talent fills.

What you'll do
— Generate and qualify leads on LinkedIn, reaching out to potential partner companies (European IT agencies and consulting firms)
— Build relationships with decision-makers to open the door for new B2B partnerships
— Represent the client's outstaffing model and value proposition clearly and confidently in outreach and calls

Requirements:

— 2-3+ years of proven lead generation experience on LinkedIn
— Experience working with — or a solid understanding of — European IT agencies and consulting companies, and how outstaffing/staff augmentation models work
— English B2 or higher

Compensation:
Open to the candidate's expectations — base rate plus bonuses for booked calls.

We're hiring a Marketing Operations Lead for our client - a B2B SaaS product for LinkedIn advertising optimization and buyer intent intelligence. An investment-backed company, not budget-constrained on marketing - execution-constrained.

What you'll own:

• Build marketing funnels that convert - hands-on plus contractors/team
• Own deep execution in one channel where you're genuinely strong
• Drive initiatives to completion: briefs, deadlines, quality, replacing underperformers
• Proactively find and close funnel gaps

Not your responsibility: overall strategy and positioning (leadership owns this), deep execution outside your channel.

You're a fit if you:

• Have 3–5 years in marketing operations or hands-on marketing, with proven depth in one channel (SEO/paid/content is a bonus)
• Have built funnels for B2B SaaS self-serve products specifically (not enterprise/sales-led)
• Use AI practically in your workflow - automation, integrations, not just writing/research
• Manage your own priorities well in a fast, parallel environment
• Are detail-obsessed and act on gaps you notice
• Have experience managing contractors, with your own network to plug in
• Write clearly in English (C1/B2). 
• Based in Lviv or open to regular trips

About the project
B2B SaaS platform combining LinkedIn Ads optimization, website visitor identification, and revenue attribution in one decision layer. 

Why this role exists

A hybrid role to free up the CTO from coordination overhead and build automated QA from scratch, powered by AI tooling.

What you'll do:

PM (primary):
— Turn requirements into developer-ready tasks/epics in ClickUp
— Run sprint planning & retrospectives, keep the team unblocked
— Own documentation and requirement breakdowns

QA (secondary):
— Build automated testing from scratch: E2E, regression, API
— Triage bugs by root cause (frontend/backend)
— Write test plans, build real regression coverage

Requirements
— 3–5 years total: (1.5+ yrs PM/product management, 1.5+ yrs QA)
— Experience with sprint planning/retrospectives
— Strong self-management across PM and QA
— QA background shifting toward automation 
— Working SQL (Postgres/Clickhouse a plus)
— Actively using AI tools in your own workflow
— English B1+

Nice to have:
— B2B SaaS experience
— Martech background (attribution, ad tech, CRM)
— English C1
