    We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineering Team Lead to join our phone.systems project — a modern virtual phone system for businesses. In this role, you will lead a small agile team, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive both backend and frontend development while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
     

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead and mentor a Scrum team of two developers and one QA engineer.
    • Plan, prioritize, and manage development tasks in collaboration with the Project Manager.
    • Gather and clarify requirements from stakeholders, translate them into technical tasks and roadmap items.
    • Define technical approaches, ensure architectural consistency, and make key technology decisions.
    • Drive code quality through reviews, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
    • Lead backend (Ruby on Rails) and frontend (React) development efforts.
    • Oversee database design and optimization in PostgreSQL.
    • Ensure robust test coverage with RSpec and Capybara.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
       

    What We’re Looking For

    • 2+ years of proven experience as a Team Lead in software development.
    • Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails and React.
    • Experience designing and working with REST APIs.
    • Proficiency in PostgreSQL (schema design, optimization, queries).
    • Hands-on experience with RSpec and Capybara testing.
    • Solid understanding of Scrum/Agile processes.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • English: B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
