What you'll do:

• Find new B2B clients through LinkedIn, Telegram, partner communities, forums, and other outbound channels.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline.

• Communicate with international clients via LinkedIn, email, Telegram, and other messengers. Calls and online meetings are also part of the job when needed.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced International VoIP Sales Manager with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the VoIP industry.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands the telecommunications market, has successfully sold VoIP solutions to international B2B clients, and can independently manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and negotiations to closing deals and developing long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new international B2B clients.
• Sell the company's VoIP solutions, including SIP Trunking, DID Numbers, Cloud PBX, and other telecommunications services.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand clients' business needs and recommend the most suitable solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals and deliver product presentations.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from the initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
• Develop existing client accounts and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records in the CRM system.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other business communication channels.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience within the VoIP or Telecommunications industry (required).
• Hands-on experience selling SIP Trunking, DID Numbers, Cloud PBX, A2P SMS, CPaaS, or other telecom solutions.
• Strong understanding of VoIP technologies, including SIP, DID services, and the telecommunications industry.
• Experience managing the full international B2B sales cycle.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (daily communication with international clients).
• Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, highly organized, and results-oriented.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with international telecom operators or VoIP providers.
• Participation in telecom industry events and conferences such as ITW, Capacity Europe, GCCM, or similar.
• Experience working with international markets across Europe, Asia, Africa, or Latin America.
• Knowledge of wholesale and retail VoIP business models.
• Familiarity with carrier interconnection, voice termination, DID services, or related telecommunications solutions.
