You will become part of a dynamic team of professionals who are deeply passionate about our product. Our team includes a Lead UI/UX Designer, a UI/UX Designer, a Video Designer, and a Product Content Team Lead, each playing a pivotal role in driving our success.
Your future challenges
In this role, youβll work closely with the Growth team to rapidly test hypotheses and run experiments aimed at improving the performance of our core website pages - from the homepage and product landing pages to key conversion points. Your mission will be to drive measurable impact while ensuring that all updates stay within the boundaries of our design system.
The challenge lies in acting fast and boldly - prototyping quickly, iterating often, and making decisions based on data - yet doing so with precision and care. Youβll need to be comfortable experimenting with new ideas while maintaining visual consistency, brand integrity, and a seamless user experience.
Impact you will makeβ―
The goal for this year is to improve the websiteβs UI/UX and increase its conversion rates.
The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to create seamless and visually engaging user experiences. The UI/UX Designer will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and design high-fidelity interfaces that align with user needs and business objectives. By ensuring the final product is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, the UI/UX Designer contributes to a positive and intuitive user experience across platforms.
- Perform user research, interviews and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and preferences.
- Develop wireframes and user flows to clearly convey interaction and design concepts.
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience across digital platforms.
- Support and update the company website design system and product documentation to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to ensure the design is feasible and aligns with product objectives and goals.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure design consistency and improve usability.
- Coordinate and lead sprints, prioritize and oversee the content backlog, ensuring tasks are well-defined, assigned, and completed within the sprint cycle.
- Deliver regular reports on the design process performance, highlighting metrics, key achievements, and areas for improvement.
Skills we are looking forβ―
- At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.ββββββ
- Higher education (related field)
- English β Intermediate and above
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
