DELIFOOD is a young and growing company providing consulting and IT services in a SaaS model. Our focus is on the food & gastro industry — we help restaurants, delivery services, and hospitality businesses digitalize, optimize operations, and scale through modern SaaS solutions.

We are building our core team and looking for a Project Manager with strong Business Analysis skills — someone who will not just run projects, but deeply understand how gastro businesses work, translate their needs into clear IT solutions, and shape how our company grows.

Your Role

• Act as the bridge between gastro business clients and the development team.
• Gather, analyze, and structure business requirements.
• Translate client needs into user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage backlog, priorities, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure delivered features bring real value to restaurants and delivery partners.
• Help establish internal processes, best practices, and team culture.

We’re looking for someone who

• Has 2+ years of experience as Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Product Owner.
• Understands SaaS product development and service delivery.
• Can quickly dive into business logic of industries like restaurants, delivery, or hospitality.
• Communicates clearly with both business stakeholders and tech teams.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience in gastro/foodtech/hospitality business.
• Background in IT consulting or startups.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Figma.
• Ability to create and interpret UML/BPMN diagrams for processes and system logic.
