What’s important to us:

• Strong to excellent written English proficiency
• Extensive practical experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Ability to work during overlapping hours (approximately 4 or more hours)

• Strong analytical skills (ability to assess performance, understand trends, and make data-driven decisions)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to drive measurable results.
• Analyze and assess the performance of ads to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to brainstorm creative ideas and execute successful campaigns.
• Communicate effectively in English with the team, providing clear insights and updates.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing parts of mobile and web applications
• Creating design prototypes for A/B testing of product ideas
• Using product design techniques to enhance conversions for payment screens and funnels

What We’ll Expect from You:

• At least 1 year of experience designing commercial iOS applications
• Solid understanding of graphic design principles
• Understanding of product analytics principles
• Experience with Figma, Lottie

Will Be a Plus:

• Experience collaborating with product managers to improve product conversion rates
